We handle everything with full service! From the ground up, we will walk alongside you to bring all your wedding day dreams to fruition. We will keep the planning progress on schedule, match you with vendors that fit with your style and budget, manage communication between those vendors, and attend meetings for or with you. We will create a design board that authentically reflects your style and gather and secure quotes. We create and manage your wedding website, track RSVP's, and customize all your timelines (bridal party, transportation, and production/vendor timeline). We allow you the freedom to be as hands on, or hands off as you would like. We are the main point of contact so you don't have to be, allowing you to be fully present in this season as well as on your wedding day.

Our design package is for the couple who recognizes that they should work with a professional to create a thoughtful, beautiful event. We work with you to design a custom vision board that authentically represents you and who you are as a couple. We will recommend the best vendors to achieve the vision and match your personality and budget. We meet with those design vendors to discuss aesthetic, gather quotes, create mock-ups, and join you for venue walk-throughs. You manage the communication with all your vendors and we step in to take over the reins around two months out. Everything included in our Wedding Management package is also included in design, such as creating a timeline, confirming final counts and details with your vendors, 10 hours of wedding day coverage, and more!

This package is for the couple who has done all of the planning and design themselves, but realizes they can’t execute it on their own come wedding day. We are the professionals that will create an event production timeline to send to all of your vendors, be the point person for the day-of, handle setup and teardown of your decor, (and practically anything else the day throws at us!) All of our couples have access to our planning software, Aisle Planner, and we graciously offer vendor suggestions and answer any questions you might have along the way!

I began planning my wedding on my own - I even booked a handful of my vendors. But, I did not enjoy any of it and it was really dampening my wedding planning spirits. My wedding photographer actually suggested Courtney to me, so I reached out and met for coffee. Courtney greeted me and my sister with an open armed hug and I felt myself audibly sigh in relief - she was a breath of fresh air and exactly what I needed. Courtney jumped right in where I had left off and helped us to pull all of our vendors together and really bring our wedding vision to life. All was smooth sailing, until March 2020 hit and COVID-19 changed everything. I can honestly say I only panicked every now and then and I know that is 100% because I had Courtney on my side. She had some of the hard conversations with vendors that I dreaded having and negotiated everything as our guest count lowered and lowered. We were blessed to be able to continue on with our wedding on our originally planned wedding date and Courtney and her team handled every little detail. The reception hall reveal left us in awe and I think I used the word "perfect" at least 100 times in the span of 5 minutes. Courtney took every little detail I had dreamed up in my head and brought it all to life in front of us. I felt at ease the entire day and was truly able to enjoy the entire day thanks to Courtney and her girls. I honestly couldn't even tell you if anything went wrong throughout the course of the day and that is exactly how it should be. I will recommend Rooted Together to every engaged couple I know!
